He pursued higher education at Grossmont College, where he earned an Associate Degree in Real Estate and a second degree in Business Administration, along with four additional certificates. Currently, Marwan is furthering his studies in Business with a focus on Real Estate.

His passion for real estate, combined with his academic background, enables him to effectively assist San Diego residents in various aspects of the home buying, selling, and investing processes.
