Since embarking on a real estate career with EXIT Realty Leaders in 2002, this professional has demonstrated a deep commitment to the industry and community. Actively engaged with both local and state Realtor associations, they have contributed to numerous committees and served on the Board of Directors.

In 2005, they played a pivotal role in establishing the Women's Council of Realtors Nature Coast Chapter, ultimately serving as Chapter President and later as District Vice President for the Florida State Chapter. That same year, they were elected as a Director for the local Board of Realtors, progressing through various officer positions and culminating in the role of President of the Realtors Association of Citrus County in 2009.

Recognized for their mentorship, they received the EXIT Florida Mentor of the Year award in 2010. From 2011 to 2016, they expanded their expertise at the Local Realtors Association, initially as Membership Coordinator and subsequently taking on additional responsibilities as Education Director and Bookkeeper.

In 2016, they returned to EXIT Realty Leaders, assuming the role of Operations Manager, where they continue to leverage their extensive experience to support the organization and its agents.
