Mia Huerta, a seventh-generation Santa Barbara native, hails from a prominent local family. With a mother who possessed a keen eye for design and a father who balanced engineering with artistic pursuits, Mia was immersed in creativity from an early age. She attended Marymount School for a decade, followed by Santa Barbara High School, and later pursued studies in child psychology at Santa Barbara City College.

Mia's professional journey began at the age of 15, where she gained valuable experience in retail management while also enjoying a successful modeling career. In 2000, she relocated to Arroyo Grande, where she discovered her passion for real estate and design when she purchased her first home.

Active in her community, Mia is a member of the Elks and the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has dedicated many years to youth development as a Boy Scout leader and has volunteered extensively at her son's school, Saint Patrick's in Arroyo Grande. Her contributions include serving as a room mother and PTA treasurer, as well as teaching junior high cooking classes. Additionally, she played a pivotal role in establishing two annual benefit events in memory of a beloved local teacher.

Currently, Mia is involved with Mission College Prep, where she organizes events for the school community. She also operates a VRBO, enjoying the opportunity to host gatherings at her home. In her leisure time, Mia can be found cheering on her son at basketball games, gardening, hiking, or exploring local wineries.

Mia is passionate about the Central Coast, which she believes offers an unparalleled quality of life. With its vibrant local events, charming community atmosphere, and proximity to stunning ocean views, mountains, and vineyards, she is committed to helping others experience the beauty of the area she proudly calls home.
