Michael Plummer is the Broker and Owner of & Company Real Estate, located in South Orange County, California. He leads a carefully selected team of real estate professionals dedicated to serving buyers and sellers across the Orange County region. The portfolio of properties handled by Michael's office includes a wide range, from condominiums and income properties to luxurious homes and prestigious estates.

Michael began his real estate journey in 1998, working alongside his father-in-law in a Century 21 franchise. During this time, he earned the esteemed Centurion Award, a recognition bestowed upon the top 2% of agents within the Century 21 network nationwide.

In 2006, Michael, in partnership with Paul Wynn, established Wynn Realty Group in Las Vegas, Nevada. Their firm specialized in representing various banks and institutions in the sale of bank-owned (REO) properties, and Michael has successfully sold over 500 homes throughout his career.

In 2010, Michael realized his ambition of expanding his brokerage to California. He is an active member of the Pacific West Association of REALTORS and the Orange County Association of REALTORS, where he contributes to several leadership committees. Additionally, he recently launched the MPower Success Group, a program focused on real estate sales and training.

Outside of his professional commitments, Michael is devoted to his family, which includes his wife Whitney, their five children, and two dogs. They reside in South Orange County, where they enjoy beach outings and the beauty of sunset views. Michael also has a keen interest in vintage sports cars.
