Michael Thomas serves as the Broker of Record for California Lending & Realty. A native of the San Carlos neighborhood in San Diego, he completed his secondary education at Patrick Henry High School. Michael pursued higher education at the University of Wyoming on a baseball scholarship, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He later obtained his Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

In 2003, Michael secured his California Real Estate Broker License and established California Lending Company Inc., which specializes in assisting Californians with residential real estate financing. Shortly thereafter, he expanded his services to include real estate transactions, leading to the creation of California Lending & Realty in San Diego County.

Recognized as a prominent real estate broker in the San Diego area, Michael holds endorsements from the National Association of Realtors as a Seller Representative Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, and is certified in Short Sale and Foreclosure processes. With deep roots in San Diego and a Master's degree in Business Administration, he is exceptionally equipped to guide clients in achieving their real estate objectives.
