**Mike Robbins**
As a third-generation realtor and the owner of Robbins Real Estate Group, Mike Robbins brings 35 years of combined real estate experience to his clients. His extensive background in business management, coaching, and sales enhances the support his team provides. Raised in the scenic Foothills of Placer and Nevada Counties, Mike graduated from Colfax High School, where he served as captain of the football team and earned All-Conference honors. He holds Associate of Science degrees in Behavioral Science and Business from Sierra College and completed his education at San Diego State University. Additionally, Mike earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Boise State University and is a Certified Real Estate Development Analyst from the University of Arizona Graduate College. Currently, he is pursuing a Master’s in Negotiation from CSU Dominguez Hills. Mike's commitment is to optimize outcomes for his clients.

**Debbie Carver**
With nearly 25 years of experience in real estate, Debbie Carver has successfully facilitated over 300 home sales in the Sierra Foothills. A lifelong resident of the Auburn area, she currently resides in Grass Valley and serves clients throughout Placer and Nevada Counties. Debbie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting and excels in collaborating with mortgage lenders, appraisers, and service providers, ensuring her clients receive exceptional support. Balancing her professional and family life, Debbie is also an active member of her church and community, viewing her responsibility to past and present clients as a fundamental aspect of her work.

**Rachel Nikula**
Rachel Nikula specializes in home design, preparation, staging, and customer service. With 21 years of experience as the owner of a successful boutique salon, she has developed a keen understanding of the expectations of high-end clients. Rachel has worked with prominent figures in the Sacramento region, including several celebrity clients, while maintaining confidentiality through non-disclosure agreements. Known as a trusted advisor within the luxury market, Rachel is also dedicated to community service. She supports her son, who is studying to become a fourth-generation realtor at Boise State University, and has served as President of the Bella Vista High School Baseball Boosters for the past seven years. Her community involvement includes organizing food drives, participating in American River clean-up efforts, and advocating for the rescue of bait dogs.
