Mike Mason has been a resident of Temecula Valley since 1977, where he cultivated a deep interest in real estate during his previous career as a mortgage broker, following two decades in the Geotechnical Engineering sector. In recent years, he has specialized in navigating the complexities of Short Sales, successfully negotiating with multiple banks on behalf of his clients at no cost to them. His efforts have not only helped clients avoid foreclosure but have also resulted in relocation assistance for many. To date, Mike has completed over 100 Short Sale transactions, boasting a remarkable 96% success rate.

Dedicated to serving his clients, Mike became an active member of the local Association of REALTORS, SRCAR, in 2005. His commitment to the industry led to his election as a Board Director at SRCAR, and he currently serves as a State Director for the California Association of REALTORS (CAR).
