Nathan is a dedicated real estate professional and lifelong resident of Florida. Originally from Tampa, he grew up in Hillsborough County before serving eight years as a paratrooper in the U.S. Army. In 2008, Nathan returned to Florida with his family, ultimately choosing to settle in Hernando County for its convenient proximity to both Tampa and Orlando, as well as its welcoming community atmosphere.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and is an active member of several professional organizations, including the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the Hernando County Association of Realtors. Nathan has held various roles within the Hernando County Association of Realtors, providing him with valuable insights into local market dynamics and fostering strong community connections.

In addition to his practical experience, Nathan has pursued specialized training through the National Association of Realtors, earning designations such as the Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Certification, which equips him to navigate short sale and foreclosure transactions effectively, and the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation, which enhances his ability to advocate for sellers in today’s competitive market.
