A lifelong Californian, Nicki earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and is a licensed CPA (inactive). Before embarking on her real estate career in 2006, she amassed significant experience in Information Technology, equipping her with valuable business acumen, accounting expertise, and technical skills that enhance her client negotiations.

In addition to her real estate accomplishments, Nicki has held leadership roles in the industry, serving as President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS Central Coast Chapter in 2012 and as President of the San Luis Obispo Association of REALTORS in 2014. Her contributions to the field were recognized when she received the REALTOR of the Year award in 2014. Nicki also holds a Real Estate Broker’s license in Hawaii, where she focused on luxury properties in West Maui.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Nicki is an avid golfer, frequently enjoying the Central Coast's numerous golf courses. As a single-digit handicapper, she has competed in both state and national tournaments. Additionally, she serves on the boards of The First Tee of the Central Coast and the Morro Bay Golf Club, further demonstrating her commitment to community engagement.
