For 34 years, she held management positions at Coldwell Banker Prudential California Realty and Lyon Real Estate, where she notably served as Regional Manager overseeing the Sacramento, Tahoe, and Truckee offices. Additionally, she was the Broker of Record for Lyon Real Estate from 2010 to 2012. Throughout her extensive career, Pam has facilitated numerous residential, investment, and bare land transactions for both buyers and sellers.

Pam's commitment to the real estate community is evident through her active involvement with the Sacramento Association of Realtors (SAR), where she served two terms on the Board of Directors and held the presidency of the Women's Council of REALTORS®. Her dedication to professionalism is further highlighted by her participation in the Ethics Committee and the Professional Standards Committee for over 32 years, including two terms as acting Chairman. She has volunteered as a Step Minister for the homeless at St. Francis Courtyard in Sacramento, serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for foster youth, and is currently a Eucharistic Minister at Mercy General Hospital, where she also volunteers in the Cardiac ICU Unit.
