Paul Bragstad has been a dedicated real estate professional since 1981, assisting clients in realizing their property aspirations. With extensive experience managing prominent real estate offices in Marin and San Francisco, he has cultivated a deep understanding of strategic marketing, negotiation, and legal matters.

In 2001, Paul became an agent with Pacific Union International, where he has since facilitated transactions across a diverse range of locations, including Belvedere, Stinson Beach, Sausalito, Novato, Tiburon, Mill Valley, Kentfield, and Ross. Notably, he represented the Spirit Rock Meditation Center in acquiring its 400-acre property and successfully sold Serenity Knolls, a 20-unit inn in Inverness Valley, as well as a 43-acre horse ranch in Nicasio.

Committed to advancing his expertise in Internet marketing, Paul has conducted cyber marketing seminars at Pacific Union offices throughout the Bay Area and served as a consultant for Idaho's Tamarack Ski & Golf Resort. Additionally, he has provided insights as an Internet advisor for the authors of "Home Selling for Dummies" and "Home Buying for Dummies."

Recognized by his peers with the Agent's Choice Award at Pacific Union, Paul has also contributed to the real estate community by serving on the Board of Directors for both the San Francisco and Marin Associations of Realtors.

Originally from Madison, Wisconsin, Paul is a Harvard College alumnus. His personal interests include whitewater kayaking and tennis, and he has achieved significant outdoor accomplishments, including climbing Mount Whitney and Mount Rainier, as well as completing the Mount Everest trek twice. He also enjoys nature photography in his leisure time.
