Phil began his real estate journey at the age of 19 while pursuing a degree in Real Estate and Marketing at San Diego State University. By the time he turned 28, he had achieved the distinction of becoming the youngest Vice President at Coldwell Banker in the United States, subsequently advancing to the corporate office in Newport Beach, where he reported directly to the Chairman of the Board.

After a successful corporate tenure, Phil returned to sales following the birth of his daughter, Torie. Upon joining Prudential/Berkshire Hathaway, he quickly rose to prominence, becoming the top agent in Orange County and ranking eighth nationally. In 2018, he partnered with Pacific Sotheby’s in Dana Point, further solidifying his reputation in the industry. Today, he is a devoted father to three children, including his son Ryan, who has joined him in the family business, forming a two-generation father-son team that seamlessly blends traditional and contemporary real estate practices.

Outside of his professional commitments, Phil enjoys ocean activities with his children, Torie, Ryan, and Blake. He is also actively involved in his community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Ocean Institute and supporting various local charities.
