She holds a broker's license in California and serves as a managing broker in Washington state, overseeing multiple development projects in the Bay Area. Before founding SALA Homes, she co-founded a company dedicated to assisting Chinese nationals in their investments in American residential properties, where she served as CEO.

Sunnie's journey in real estate began during her college years in Seattle, where she first ventured into property investment. After earning her degree from the University of Washington’s Evans School of Public Affairs & Governance, she relocated to California and collaborated with various startups and venture capital firms. Her experience as a volunteer board director for a homeowners association managing nearly 500 units provided her with invaluable insights into the management of multi-occupancy properties.

In addition to her real estate endeavors, Sunnie is an angel investor with a focus on supporting female-founded startups. She enjoys hosting gatherings for friends and family and actively participates in community initiatives throughout the San Jose area.
