Originally from Fullerton, Raina relocated to South Orange County in 1995. She began her career as an operations manager at a brokerage firm, focusing on transactions and compliance. Following this, she spent ten years as the office manager for a real estate and startup investment firm, before transitioning to a commercial and residential investment firm as a transaction manager. In this role, she specialized in negotiating leases, purchases, and loans. Raina also holds the e-PRO® certification, equipping her with advanced digital marketing skills. Her enthusiasm for technology drives her to continually seek innovative solutions that enhance her clients' experiences.

Outside of her professional commitments, Raina values quality time with her two teenage daughters and actively participates in their lives. Together, they engage in various volunteer activities through Lion's Heart and support several local animal rescue organizations.
