**About Randa**

Randa, originally from Prince George, British Columbia, has deep roots in Canada. Growing up in a small town 500 miles north of the U.S. border, she was introduced to ice skating at the age of seven, thanks to her mother, a former skater. This early start required dedication, as she would rise at 5 AM for practice, even in frigid temperatures. Randa was not only a talented skater but also excelled in basketball, volleyball, and track and field during her high school years, earning a spot in the tryouts for the Canadian Junior Olympic Team.

Her commitment to skating paid off when she became the Northern British Columbia Skating Champion. At 18, Randa embarked on a professional career with renowned touring shows such as Ice Capades, Holiday on Ice, and Ice Follies, initially as a Corps de Ballet skater and later as a featured comedienne. Over a span of 17 years, she toured extensively across the United States, Mexico, Canada, and Europe. The challenges of being a touring professional—mastering new routines, adapting to unforeseen circumstances, and delivering performances consistently—mirror the demands of a successful real estate career.

Randa's family includes her 31-year-old son, Justin, who also works in real estate in Los Angeles, marking the beginning of a family legacy in the industry. After leaving the tour to provide Justin with stability in his education, Randa and her husband settled in Oakland in 1986. Her long-term residency has given her an in-depth understanding of the local housing market. Randa can often be seen walking her rescue dogs, Dani and Emmy, in all weather conditions, much to the admiration of her neighbors.

Randa has been a licensed real estate agent in California since 1989, having previously held a license in Minnesota. She is an active member of the Oakland Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
