Randall and Heather Parkes bring a wealth of experience and dedication to their roles as real estate professionals in San Diego. Heather, a devoted mother and active volunteer with the PTO, is deeply rooted in the community as a San Diego native. Randall, a father and retired combat veteran, complements her commitment with his own rich background.

The couple first crossed paths at the renowned Coyotes Bar and Grill in Carlsbad during the summer of 2006, and by 2008, they celebrated their marriage in San Diego. Over the next thirteen years, they welcomed two children, navigated multiple combat deployments, and relocated across the country twice. After two decades of honorable service in the Marine Corps, Randall retired, allowing the Parkes family to finally establish their home in Southern California.

Randall, also a native of Southern California, embarked on his journey from humble beginnings, enlisting in the Marine Corps right after high school. Throughout his twenty-year military career, he completed numerous deployments, attended prestigious training programs, and became a first-generation college graduate. In the summer of 2021, he earned his degree from USC’s Marshall School of Business. Now, he applies his business expertise, integrity, and leadership skills to benefit clients of The Parkes Team.
