In 2020, Rhonda was honored to be elected President of the South Tahoe Association of Realtors, a testament to her high ethical standards and dedication, which also earned her a position on the Board of Directors. Recognized as the Rookie of the Year in 2014, she served as Chair of the Scholarship Committee from 2013 to 2018.

Rhonda's affinity for Sotheby’s International Realty aligns with her passion for the arts. An accomplished singer, dancer, actor, and choreographer with a strong background in gymnastics, she actively supports various local arts organizations, including the Tahoe Arts Project, Lake Tahoe Community College, and the Tahoe Arts Alliance.

Having lived in diverse locations such as Colorado, San Diego, and Alaska, Rhonda enjoys outdoor activities like paddling, hiking, camping, snowshoeing, and skiing alongside her husband and their dog, Benny. She is a Certified South Shore Specialist and Relocation Specialist, licensed in both California and Nevada, primarily serving the South Shore area while also accommodating clients in Carson Valley and Reno upon request.

Rhonda's educational journey includes cheering for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Running Rebels before earning her Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus on Communication Theory from Colorado State University. A graduate of Ninja Selling, she is currently pursuing her 200-hour RYT Yoga Teacher certification, embodying her belief in the importance of continuous learning and balance.
