Since 2011, Rick has been a CAR Director, participating in various committees, including Professional Standards, Homeownership & Housing, MLS Computer & Business Technology, and the Realtor Risk Management & Consumer Protection Forum. He has served as an Ombudsman since the program's inception in 2012 and is certified in "Mediating the Litigated Case" through the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law.
