### Personal Background

Residing in Corte Madera since 1990, Bob and Pat have raised their three daughters in the same home they purchased as a modest two-bedroom property, which has undergone four remodels and expansions. The home now features a modern kitchen, accommodating Bob's passion for cooking and entertaining. An enthusiastic cyclist, Bob rides several times a week, often taking long rides through West Marin, which enhances his understanding of the region's diverse micro-climates.
