Born at the former Philadelphia Naval Hospital in 1968 to a Navy Hospital Corpsman and an Airman in the New Jersey Air National Guard, [he/she/they] embraces a strong sense of community and service.

In [his/her/their] personal life, Robert enjoys quality time with [his/her/their] wife, Christine, who is also a real estate agent. Together, they relish walks along the Silver Strand in Coronado and attending San Diego Padres and Gulls games. Their love for animals is evident in their home, shared with their dog, Doogie, and two cats, Sammy and Mercy.
