Roberto's journey began in Redwood City, where he attended Menlo Atherton High School. At seventeen, he made the pivotal decision to enlist in the Marine Corps, embarking on a path that would shape his character and values. Although the experience was challenging, he emerged as a leader, embodying the principles of honor, discipline, and commitment while serving his country. His time stationed in Okinawa, Japan, with the 2nd Battalion, 3rd Marines ignited a passion for travel, broadening his horizons and enriching his understanding of the world.

After being honorably discharged in 1996, Roberto relocated to San Jose, where he pursued higher education at San Jose State University. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, graduating in May 2002.

During his time at San Jose State, Roberto interned at a boutique real estate firm in the Rose Garden neighborhood. Encouraged by the office broker to explore a career in real estate, he embraced the opportunity and obtained his real estate license in 1998. Committed to professional growth, he pursued the highest designation in the field, achieving his Broker's License in 2006.
