Robyn Goodkind has been a licensed real estate broker in California since 2005, following her graduation from the University of Florida with a law degree in 1990.

Outside of her real estate endeavors, Robyn is passionate about animal welfare, spending time with rescue dogs. She actively contributes to her community as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Oceanside, a former Vice Chair of the Arts Commission, and a past board member of the Oceanside Coastal Neighborhood Association. Additionally, she dedicates her time to various philanthropic initiatives. An enthusiastic gardener, Robyn focuses on cultivating organic vegetables and California native plants, and she enjoys exploring plant-based cooking.

Throughout her real estate career, Robyn has developed a strong expertise in residential, commercial, and investment properties across North County, with a particular focus on coastal Oceanside, where she resides.

In 2014, after nine successful years as a top producer at a large national firm, Robyn established her own independent brokerage, Goodkind Properties. This woman-owned local agency prioritizes client satisfaction, as evidenced by a high rate of repeat business and referrals. Her background includes serving as a legal adviser for the U.S. Department of State, extensive travel to 25 countries, and four years of living in Eastern Europe.
