Samantha Pellerin hails from Saratoga County, New York, a region renowned for its vibrant racing industry. Her passion for horses is deeply rooted in family connections, particularly through her uncle, James F. "Jim" Barton, who has been a prominent figure in the equine world. While she has explored various facets of the horse industry, rodeo remains her true passion.

Samantha pursued her education at SUNY Cobleskill, earning a degree in Equine Studies with a focus on Applied Science, where she graduated at the top of her class. Concurrently, she gained practical experience working in her father's excavation and construction business. Growing up in a family with a dairy farming background and a history of building homes, she naturally gravitated toward the construction field.

Her hands-on experience includes land clearing, foundation digging, and the installation of septic systems and water lines. Under her father's guidance, she learned to construct mobile home slabs, modular homes, and custom stick-built residences, as well as to excavate for custom pools. This exposure ignited her fascination with residential construction and development.

Samantha has also gained valuable experience in the equestrian community, having kept her horse in Florida and worked in Wellington during the Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF). She understands the importance of versatility in the horse industry, having contributed to various farms and retail businesses throughout the festival.

With family ties in Ocala for over three decades, Samantha combines her strong work ethic and diverse background to effectively meet the needs and aspirations of her clients. Her up-to-date knowledge and sales training equip her to navigate today’s dynamic real estate market with confidence and expertise.
