Shelby Manoukian-Vyborny, a lifelong resident of Sonoma County, was born and raised in Healdsburg. Growing up on Dry Creek Road, she actively participated in local agricultural initiatives and observed the transformation of Healdsburg from a quaint farming community into a vibrant town.

After earning her degree in Public Relations and Journalism from Fresno State, Shelby returned to her hometown, where she spent several years in the wine and hospitality sector. Her experience ranges from working in a luxury Napa tasting room to managing a wine club in the Dry Creek Valley, providing her with an in-depth understanding of the wine country and its surroundings.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Shelby is deeply committed to her community. She coaches the Healdsburg Junior High Volleyball team and plays an active role in both the Cloverdale and Geyserville Chambers of Commerce. A passionate supporter of the Marine Raider Foundation, she advocates for American troops and veterans. Shelby currently resides on a ranch in Geyserville with her husband, two dogs, and a variety of livestock, all while enjoying breathtaking views.
