Suzy Loera, originally from Acapulco, Guerrero, Mexico, relocated to the United States as a teenager and has since made Ventura County her home. She earned an Associate of Arts degree in General Liberal Arts and Sciences from Ventura College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication with a minor in Spanish at California State University, Channel Islands.

Since beginning her real estate career in 1999, Suzy has successfully guided numerous families and investors through the buying and selling process in cities such as Piru, Fillmore, Santa Paula, Ventura, Oxnard, and Camarillo. Her expertise also extends to new home sales.

A dedicated member of the Santa Paula community, Suzy actively participates in various volunteer initiatives throughout the county. She currently serves as the Sunday School Director at Centro Cristiano Emanuel. In her personal life, Suzy is happily married and the proud mother of two imaginative boys.
