Growing up in the Tahoe Park neighborhood and attending All Hallows Elementary School, Tom has witnessed firsthand the evolution of East Sacramento, a community he proudly considers a hidden gem in the real estate market.

Tom's educational journey continued at Jesuit High School in Fair Oaks, where he developed a strong connection to the area. Homes near Jesuit, particularly in the American River and Arden Park neighborhoods, remain highly sought after, reflecting the enduring appeal of these communities.

After earning a degree in Political Science from the University of San Francisco, Tom returned to Sacramento and became a homeowner in Elk Grove's burgeoning Laguna Creek development. Alongside his wife, who hails from Roseville and Citrus Heights, he chose to settle in a growing community that offered an excellent environment for raising their four children within the highly regarded Elk Grove School District.

Initially pursuing a career with Pacific Telephone Company, Tom found success while balancing work and family life. As his children transitioned into their teenage years, the family relocated to Rancho Murieta, a picturesque golf community surrounded by oak trees and wildlife. It was during this time that Tom decided to pivot his career towards real estate, obtaining his California Real Estate License and focusing on home loans and refinancing.

Over the past twelve years, Tom has enjoyed representing both buyers and sellers, leveraging his extensive experience in the industry. He has personally bought, refurbished, and sold several properties, further enhancing his expertise. Now residing in Sutter Creek, he has expanded his listings to include Amador County, taking advantage of the scenic drive from Sutter Creek to Sacramento.
