A lifelong resident of the Bay Area, Victoria made Rossmoor her home in 2017. With a rich background as a business owner and a mother of six, she relocated to the East Bay to be nearer to her youngest daughter and grandchildren. It was during this transition that she discovered Rossmoor, a community that resonated with her values and lifestyle.

Encouraged by her partner, David Schubb—who began his real estate career at just 18—Victoria pursued her real estate license and joined him in the industry. Together, they have formed a dedicated team that is deeply passionate about all aspects of Rossmoor. Their commitment to the community is evident; Victoria currently serves as the Vice President of the Board of Directors and chairs the Recycling Committee. Her extensive knowledge of Rossmoor makes her a reliable resource for prospective residents.

Before joining the Schubb Team, Victoria built a successful career as a retail store owner and operated a day spa for two decades. She has also held leadership roles as a Retail Sales Director and Sales Director for both Atria Senior Living and the Kensington Senior Living Community. These experiences have equipped her with valuable skills in listening, patience, and problem-solving. As a licensed Real Estate Salesperson, she holds certifications as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and NAR’s Green Designation.

In her leisure time, Victoria and David are enthusiastic supporters of the San Francisco Giants and the Golden State Warriors. They prioritize family and cherish the joy that grandchildren bring to their lives, embracing the welcoming nature of Rossmoor for families.
