Originally from China, Trey immigrated to the United States with his family in 1998, settling in Fremont, California. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UC Santa Cruz, which has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the micro and macroeconomic factors influencing the housing market. This knowledge enhances the value he provides to his clients in real estate. Prior to obtaining his real estate license, Trey spent two years assisting friends and family with property renovations and flips, giving him a dual perspective on the market. This experience enables him to guide buyers in securing advantageous deals and to assist sellers in maximizing their property’s value.
