Prior to this role, she co-founded Management Solutions, where she managed properties since 1999. During her tenure, she represented clients in both commercial and residential real estate transactions, overseeing investment properties and facilitating deals worth over $75 million. Her career began as an assistant to a property manager in Beverly Hills, where she handled accounts payable and receivable while managing homeowner associations, condominiums, and multi-family units totaling over 400 properties. This experience was complemented by her academic pursuits at California State University, Northridge, where she earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management.

After completing her commitment at Management Solutions, she took on the role of training on-site managers and directly managing properties. In 2001, she transitioned to Sperry Van Ness as a Real Estate Broker's Assistant and Agent, where she supported one of their top brokers in facilitating property transactions in Downtown San Diego. She is currently licensed with the California Department of Real Estate and is in the process of obtaining her Broker's license.

Her extensive experience in managing multi-family and retail properties has equipped her with a deep understanding of various lease structures, including NNN and Single Net leases, as well as expertise in critical aspects of commercial real estate transactions, such as bidding and negotiation strategies.
