[His/Her/Their] diverse background includes roles with the Forest Service, where [he/she/they] served as a Fisheries and Watershed Technician and a firefighter. [He/She/They] also volunteered with the Community Fire District and worked as an Emergency Medical Technician for Northern Siskiyou Ambulance. Additionally, Yolanda spent over five years as a Correctional Officer with the Siskiyou County Sheriff’s Department.

In March 2004, [he/she/they] relocated to Lake Shastina, where [his/her/their] adept negotiation skills in managing home sales caught the attention of a local real estate firm. Yolanda began [his/her/their] career in real estate with Coldwell Banker that same year. After experiencing a personal loss and moving to Arizona in 2007, [he/she/they] realized [his/her/their] true calling was to assist others in achieving their homeownership dreams. [He/She/They] obtained [his/her/their] real estate license in Arizona in 2010 and spent seven years there as a single parent to three remarkable teenage boys.

In 2014, Yolanda returned to Siskiyou County to raise [his/her/their] children in a nurturing and safe environment. [He/She/They] values the sense of community and the natural beauty that the area offers, believing it provides an ideal backdrop for both personal growth and professional success.
