Fall 2022 Update
I am pleased to announce my Fall 2022 real estate agent list update. This includes FULL updates on 31 of my most popular states comprising 84% of my database including 201,380 NEW email addresses, with several more states coming soon.
This is in addition to my Spring 2022 update (see down below) which updated 93% of my database and included 550K new email addresses. ALL email addresses have recently been verified through a reputable email validation service
and identified bad emails, including spam traps, have been removed.
To update your list, if you have previously purchased one of these states, simply log in to your account and redownload the same list you purchased. If you recently purchased the list, the update is free and the new download will be the updated list. If you purchased over a year ago, then you should see a link for a 70% discount to purchase the update.
These are the 31 states that have been fully updated with total agents, new agents (and percentage) since the previous update (which can vary with each state... the smaller the percentage of new agents, the more recent the last full update was), and the date the update was released.
