I am pleased to announce my Winter 2026 real estate agent list update so far: FULL updates to AZ, CA, FL, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA comprising 64% of my database (yes, these are among my largest states) including 80,403 NEW email addresses (6.0%). This page will he updated frequently over the next several weeks until the update is complete. This is in addition to my previous updates (2025, 2024, 2023 and 2022). ALL email addresses have recently been verified through a reputable email validation service and bad emails, including spam traps, have been removed.

To update your list, if you have previously purchased one of these states, simply log in to your account and redownload the same list you purchased. If you recently purchased the list, the update is free and the new download will be the updated list. If you purchased over a year ago, then you should see a link for a discount to purchase the update. (The discount amount depends on how long its been since your last purchase.)
