David relocated to Vermont in 1990 and has been a licensed real estate professional in the state since 1996. He focuses on the residential, land, and condominium markets in Manchester, Dorset, and neighboring communities. His extensive knowledge of the local market, coupled with his integrity and commitment to responsive client service, has fostered a loyal clientele.

As a resident of Manchester Village, David possesses a deep familiarity with the region. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University, where he studied marketing at the Whitman School of Business. Additionally, he is a graduate of Simsbury High School in Simsbury, Connecticut.

David has actively contributed to the Vermont Realtor organization, serving on the state board of directors for the Vermont Association of Realtors and as president of the South Central Board of Realtors at the local level. His peers recognized his dedication by naming him Realtor of the Year.

Outside of his professional endeavors, David is a father to five accomplished children, which keeps him actively engaged in family life.
