I moved to Sarasota 6 years ago from my life long home in Williamsport PA after one too many cold winters I have spent my time here in paradise discovering new neighborhoods and new friends of which there is many of both I have 35+ years experience in the field of real estate investment management and renovation I established and managed a successful Penn State college housing business for 24 years until I sold it in 2014 I still own and manage several rental properties in Sarasota Hamden & New Haven CT and Montoursville PA I attempted to retire but found I missed being actively involved in the real estate industry and decided it was time to put my experience to work as a Realtor I like a good challenge and the opportunity to help others Honestly integrity and a sense of humor are qualities I believe are the most important in life and working relationships " Say what you mean and mean what you say" is my favorite motto In my leisure time I enjoy the beach Sarasota's many music venues and trying new wines I volunteer with children's charities and have a love/hate relationship with golf My 3 children are spread out across the country in Denver Williamsport and Hamden CT I would love the chance to put my experience to work for you
