Joel Howell has lived in Brevard since he graduated from the University of Florida in 2003 with an Electrical and Computer Engineering degree Joel had a successful 12-year career at Harris as an Engineer and Business Development Manager helping Harris win large and strategic NASA contracts During Joel's time at Harris he recognized the incredible value of Brevard's real estate He and his wife built the home of their dreams in Viera and invested in Beachside condos Joel's personal success in real estate led him to encourage family and friends to move to Brevard and build great lives here Their success encouraged Joel to pursue his passion for real estate full-time as a member of the Century 21 Spectrum team Joel has visited every state except the Dakotas and has traveled to over 40 countries He was inducted into the University of Florida Hall of Fame and has received numerous UF Alumni awards for his continued mentorship of Freshman Engineering students Joel and his family have been very blessed and his goal is to help his clients achieve their dreams right here in Brevard County
