About Julie Citron

As a family owned business I love working with locals and newcomers to the area But aligning with the RE/MAX organization gives us the competitive advantage of having national advertising world-wide exposure in over 90 countries and incredible training and resources at our fingertips I work with my husband and co-owner Dave Citron as a team to provide you with the best in customer service and experience We believe that smaller is better! We give back a % of our commissions to local organizations trying to make a difference

My specialty is the town the Dorset - where I live and volunteer in both the schools and the local community theater However I cover the towns of Manchester Sunderland Arlington Peru Winhall and Londonderry and have had listings in all those towns

I've been actively involved in the community since I arrived in the Green Mountains from volunteering in the schools chairing the parent volunteer group singing on stage (and every other role) with the Dorset Players at our beautiful local theater and helping or singing at the Dorset Church I've held various leadership positions on the local Realtors Board from President to Community Outreach and Education chair Most recently I was selected as the Vermont Realtor of the Year for 2017! In my spare time you will most likely find me in the garden baking walking or hiking singing or watching one of our kids sporting events or music concerts

Sure its fun looking at the beautiful real estate here both homes and land but what I appreciate the most is working with buyers to find their dream Whether its first time home buyers vacation property owners or retirees looking for the lifestyle of their choosing I'm up for the challenge! In today's world many buyers have been looking for months or sometimes years before they reach out to a real estate professional Our years of experience and training both as members of the National Association of Realtors and RE/MAX gives us the tools to get the job done

Maybe you are looking to sell your piece of Vermont we will provide expert guidance on both pricing and staging to get it sold Developing a strategic marketing plan to expose your property to as many potential buyers is the key to finding a buyer quickly Dave and I focus on the customer service aspect it's the core of our training and we feel it's the right thing to do We will walk you through the process until the keys are exchanged

Bennington County, Vermont represents a fascinating corner of the Green Mountain State's real estate landscape, where rural charm meets strategic proximity to major metropolitan areas. This southwestern Vermont county has carved out a distinctive niche in the regional property market, attracting buyers from New York's Capital Region and Massachusetts who seek the quintessential Vermont lifestyle without sacrificing accessibility to urban amenities.

The county's real estate infrastructure is supported by 116 total actively licensed agents, all of whom maintain email connectivity, ensuring comprehensive digital communication capabilities across the market. This complete email coverage reflects the modern approach Vermont agents have adopted to serve both local residents and out-of-state buyers who often begin their property searches online before making the journey north.

Major Bennington County, Vermont Real Estate Markets

Bennington serves as the county's commercial and residential hub, offering the most diverse housing stock from historic colonial homes in the downtown district to contemporary developments on the outskirts. Manchester stands out as a premium destination, where luxury vacation homes and upscale condominiums cater to affluent buyers drawn by the area's renowned shopping outlets, ski resorts, and summer cultural events. Arlington and Shaftsbury provide more affordable entry points into the county's market, featuring charming village properties and rural acreage.

The northern communities of Dorset and Peru capture the high-end vacation home market, with properties often serving as weekend retreats for professionals from Boston and New York City. Meanwhile, towns like North Bennington and Pownal offer a mix of starter homes and investment properties, benefiting from their proximity to educational institutions and the Massachusetts border, which creates cross-border employment opportunities that stabilize local housing demand.

Market Dynamics and Geographic Complexity

Bennington County's real estate market exhibits remarkable seasonal volatility, with spring and summer months driving premium pricing as urban buyers compete for limited inventory of well-maintained properties with mountain views or historic significance. The market experiences a surprising amount of corporate relocation activity, as companies in nearby Albany and the Berkshires attract employees who prefer Vermont's lower cost of living and superior quality of life.

Geographic complexity plays a crucial role in property valuations, with elevation, road access, and proximity to recreational amenities creating significant price variations within short distances. Properties along the Battenkill River or near ski areas command substantial premiums, while homes in flood-prone areas or with challenging winter access face pricing constraints that create opportunities for investors and first-time buyers willing to accept these trade-offs.

Why Businesses Need Bennington County, Vermont Agent Contact Data

Financial services companies and mortgage lenders require comprehensive agent contact information to effectively penetrate this specialized market where personal relationships and local knowledge drive transactions. The county's unique position as a secondary home destination means agents often work with clients across multiple states, making them valuable partners for businesses offering relocation services, home warranties, and specialized insurance products.

Technology companies and home service providers benefit enormously from direct agent relationships, as these professionals influence purchasing decisions for everything from security systems to landscaping services. With all 116 agents maintaining email accessibility, businesses can efficiently launch targeted campaigns while building the personal connections that remain essential in Vermont's relationship-driven real estate culture.
