Kathy has called Manchester home for over a decade, but her connection to the area runs much deeper. Growing up in Manchester, she spent her childhood exploring local hiking trails and enjoying the nearby slopes. After earning her degree from the University of Vermont, Kathy moved to Manhattan, where she spent 14 years, including a significant tenure as a buyer for Barney's New York. Eventually, she decided to return to her roots, bringing along her husband, Patrick, from Old Brookville, Long Island, and their three children—Ava, Annette, and George—so they could experience the charm of Vermont.

Now, twelve years later, Kathy and her family thrive in the Green Mountain State. They embrace the region's year-round outdoor activities, from hiking and skiing to skating and soccer, fully immersing themselves in the vibrant local community. With her children attending various local schools, both public and independent, and her husband teaching at Burr and Burton Academy—Kathy's alma mater—she possesses a comprehensive understanding of the educational landscape in the area. While their eldest daughter is currently studying at Boston College, the younger two are enrolled at BBA.

Kathy's background in real estate is deeply rooted; she was raised by a mother who was also an agent in the community. This upbringing has endowed her with an intimate knowledge of the local market, allowing her to expertly match clients with their ideal homes, whether they seek a primary residence or a vacation retreat. Her extensive experience in listing homes and advising sellers on how to enhance their property’s appeal further strengthens her capabilities.
