With over 20 years diverse experience in the Real Estate Industry Sarah has dedicated her career to being a master of her trade She is committed to building lifelong relationships with her clients and enjoys every aspect of the Real Estate Business including being a Specialist in both Property Management and Real Estate Sales Sarah was born and raised in Hampshire United Kingdom where she began her career in the Banking and Mortgage Lending Industry Sarah ended that phase of her career in the Inspection Dept of one of the largest Banks in the UK as an Expert in Fraud Investigation In 1999 as a break in Banking Sarah founded a UK Travel agency Company promoting villa packages to Florida and other exotic destinations around the world Deciding to move to Central Florida in 2001 with husband Lloyd and her three very young children seemed the next logical step The family relocated to the Sunshine State not only for the healthy lifestyle but also to promote the Travel Agency Company and the growing Property Management Company Sarah Opened her Real Estate Brokerage in 2006 The family were thrilled to become US Citizens in 2015 Sarah has many interests including her passion for environmental conservation especially conservation of the Florida Reefs Sarah has served on the Board of Directors for Orlando Reef Educators Organization Inc for 7 years as Membership Secretary and more recently as Treasurer helping to guide the organization to becoming a Federally Recognized Charity Sarah continues to provide exceptional service and build relationships by helping families achieve their dreams Her personal attention to every client ensuring that they are completely satisfied with their home buying or property management experience Sarah particularly enjoys helping her tenants improve their credit scores and guiding them to buying their FIRST HOME!
