Aaron Pann is a 100% Disabled Veteran who served honorably in the U.S. Army, completing two deployments to Iraq. As a Cavalry Scout with the 4th Infantry Division's 7th/10th Cavalry, he demonstrated a commitment to service that continued throughout his military career, ultimately rising to the position of Command Driver for the Brigade Deputy Commander and Brigade Sergeant Major.

Following his military service, Aaron sought to maintain his dedication to helping others. He transitioned into the security sector, where he quickly advanced to the role of Vice President at a company focused on assisting veterans in their post-service job searches. Through his unwavering dedication and leadership, he played a pivotal role in transforming a fledgling company into a prominent organization.

Now in the real estate sector, Aaron is passionate about guiding clients through one of life’s most significant milestones: buying or selling a home. He leverages the skills and insights gained from his diverse experiences to provide exceptional support throughout the real estate process.

Having spent many years in Texas during his military and security careers, Aaron currently resides in Lee’s Summit with his wife and their three children, Austin, Wyatt, and Vivienne. He enjoys family activities, including attending his children’s sporting events, golfing, and exploring the outdoors. Aaron is also an active member of both the local Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and the American Legion.
