About Abbie Shepherd

Abbie Shepherd has established herself as a leading figure in the Atlanta real estate market over the past twelve years. Despite entering the field during one of the most challenging economic climates in recent history, Abbie's ascent has been both remarkable and motivational. She currently owns and operates Abbie Agent LLC, affiliated with Keller Williams.

Abbie's journey into real estate was not a straightforward one. After graduating from the Georgia Institute of Technology in December 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Physics and an impressive 3.96 GPA, she initially appeared destined for a career in science. However, her passion for architecture and urban planning led her to pivot towards real estate, opting to embrace the entrepreneurial challenges of the industry rather than pursuing graduate studies on a full scholarship.

Upon obtaining her real estate license, Abbie joined Keller Williams Intown Atlanta, where she quickly distinguished herself. In her inaugural year, she received the “Rookie of the Year” award for 2006. Following this achievement, Abbie consistently surpassed expectations, achieving annual sales figures of $4.5 million, $11.7 million, and beyond, even amid the 2007 mortgage crisis and the ongoing repercussions of the Great Recession. Her exceptional performance earned her national recognition from Keller Williams in both 2008 and 2009, and she has consistently ranked among the top sales agents in her office since 2008. A longstanding member of the Million Dollar Club, Abbie continues to excel in a competitive market.

In 2007, she founded Abbie Agent LLC and began assembling a dedicated team. Abbie has a proven track record in leadership, focusing on team management, goal-setting, and skill development to enhance productivity and efficiency. In 2012, she played a pivotal role in establishing the Keller Williams Luxury division in Atlanta.

While Abbie has built a successful career as a Residential Realtor specializing in new, resale, and distressed properties, she remains deeply connected to her roots in urban planning. She is currently serving her seventh term on the NPU-B board, which oversees Buckhead, E. Chastain, and Brookhaven. Additionally, she is an active member of the Atlanta Business Leaders and various networking groups throughout the Atlanta area.

A former Boston Marathon runner, Abbie now enjoys life in Garden Hills, Buckhead, with her five children.
