Having called St. Augustine home since 1998, he originally hails from South Florida. His initial desire to return to a bustling city faded over time, as he grew to appreciate the charm and uniqueness of St. Augustine. After a brief career stint in Philadelphia, he returned to his roots following the passing of his mother from breast cancer in December 2013. This personal loss led to a new chapter in his life, as he embraced the role of a single father to his niece, Kayla, who had been under his mother's care.

In January 2015, he met his future wife, Lindsay, and began his real estate career in May 2016. The family expanded in March 2017 with the arrival of their son, Carver Austin Lynn, completing their family unit. His previous experience managing popular local restaurants has allowed him to leverage a network of connections, enhancing his real estate practice. His commitment to hard work, exceptional customer service, and a philosophy of treating others with respect has earned him a solid reputation in the community.

Outside of his professional endeavors, he cherishes time spent with family and friends, whom he considers an extension of his family. He is also committed to giving back to the community, having founded the Island Christmas Drive in 2015, which supports local families and children during the holiday season. An avid sports enthusiast, he has a particular affinity for Miami teams and enjoys basking in the Florida sunshine. The Lynn family shares a love for lacrosse, with Kayla actively participating while he and Lindsay cheer from the sidelines with their son, Carver.
