Her role in HR allowed her to assist individuals in securing employment, a rewarding endeavor that aligned with her desire to support others.

At just 19, Adrienne was balancing college courses at Auburn University, raising her daughter Madison as a single mother, and excelling as a recruiter in the offshore oil and gas sector. During this demanding period, she reconnected with her high school sweetheart, Owen. The couple eventually married and welcomed a son, Colton. Owen also has a son, Evan, from a previous relationship, who spends time with the family during school breaks.

Adrienne's journey took a pivotal turn in 2013 when she became a client of Diana Will. Recognizing Adrienne's potential, Diana encouraged her to consider a career in real estate. Although Adrienne had long contemplated this transition, financial considerations had previously held her back.
