About Aileen Murstein

Aileen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a minor in Journalism from Cornell University. After establishing her roots in New York City, she and her husband, Alvin, chose to raise their family on Long Island. With a strong work ethic developed since the age of sixteen, Aileen sought employment within her community, allowing her to balance her professional life with parenting. Together, Aileen and Alvin have raised two children and are now proud grandparents to five.

In 1977, Aileen founded East-Brook Realty after several successful years at Brackett Realty. Her company flourished for twenty-five years before being acquired by NRT (Realogy), which appointed her as the Manager of the East Hills office, a role she held for the next decade.

Currently, Aileen serves as an associate broker at the Roslyn office of Douglas Elliman, where she feels she has truly found her professional home. She values the firm's cutting-edge marketing strategies and esteemed reputation in the industry. Aileen approaches each real estate transaction with enthusiasm, expertise, and a commitment to professionalism, ensuring a reliable experience for both buyers and sellers.
