In 1999, Alan Martin relocated to Orlando from the United Kingdom following a distinguished 30-year career in the British Army. Shortly after his arrival, he obtained his Real Estate Salesperson's License in Florida and began assisting clients with buying, selling, and managing properties.

Alan quickly established himself as a prominent real estate agent and vacation home property manager in the Greater Orlando area. Recognizing the potential for growth, he took the next step in his career by founding his own brokerage.
