About Albert Weeks

Don Weeks is a dedicated real estate professional and lifelong resident of Kempsville, Virginia. He completed his education in Virginia Beach Public Schools, culminating in his graduation from Kempsville High School. He furthered his studies at Old Dominion University, earning a degree in Real Estate Finance.

Currently residing in the Newlight neighborhood with his wife, Karla, and their twin daughters, Callie and Grace, Don is also the father of two grown children. His son, Andrew, graduated from Tallwood High School, while his daughter, Kristen, and her husband, Drew, both hold degrees from Elon University and live in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Don is deeply committed to community service, particularly through his support of Habitat for Humanity South Hampton Roads. He has held leadership roles as both President and Vice-President of the board and participated in the notable “Blitz Build” in 2008, which provided a home for the Richey family. He played a key role in advocating for the certification of all Blitz homes to “Earth Craft” standards, enhancing energy efficiency and reducing future operating costs for homeowners. In June 2011, he attended the “Advanced Topics in Housing Finance” seminar for Habitat Affiliates at the Federal Reserve in Baltimore, Maryland, reflecting his belief in the importance of ongoing education to stay abreast of advancements in technology and design.

In recognition of his impact on the community, Don was named one of the “Most Influential People in Tidewater” by Portfolio magazine in 2000, in an article titled “Influential People Making A Difference.”

As a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Premier, Don is committed to providing exceptional service to his clients. His extensive experience spans home building, development, banking, and real estate investing. He holds several professional designations from the National Association of Homebuilders, including Certified Green Builder (CGB), Certified New Homes Professional (CSP), and Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS).

If you need to reach actively licensed real estate agents in Chesapeake City County, Virginia, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders use it to pitch pre-approval partnerships, title companies use it to win referral business, and PropTech platforms use it to demo new tools to working agents. Recruiters, continuing education providers, E&O insurance carriers, and local service vendors all rely on this data to put their message directly in front of licensed professionals who have the authority to act on it.

When you buy a Chesapeake City County real estate agent email list, you are purchasing a targeted channel into a specific professional community — not a bloated statewide file full of irrelevant contacts. Every record represents an actively licensed agent with a verified email address. The list currently contains {{AGENT_COUNT}} agents, including {{CELL_COUNT}} with confirmed cell phone numbers, giving you options across email, phone, and SMS outreach from a single source.

Why Buy a Chesapeake City County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Data quality is what separates this list from the cheap alternatives you will find on generic data marketplaces. Every record is sourced directly from the Virginia state real estate licensing board, which means you are starting with verified, officially recognized agents — not scraped junk. New emails are added weekly, the full list is cleaned monthly, and the entire database is refreshed bi-annually. That process backs a 96% deliverability guarantee that most discount vendors simply cannot offer because they do not do the maintenance work.

Dr Bill has been in the data business since 2005 and has sold over 31,000 lists to professionals who need accuracy they can depend on. No other vendor offers segmentation down to the zip code level within Chesapeake City County — a capability that matters when your campaign budget requires precision, not guesswork. You can also filter by broker versus sales agent to tailor your message to decision-makers versus front-line producers.

How to Use This Chesapeake City County Agent List

The most immediate use case is direct email outreach. Cold-email platforms built for B2B prospecting, including Zap Contact at zapcontact.com, can import this list and launch targeted sequences the same day you receive the file. Beyond email, the cell phone numbers support direct dial and SMS campaigns, and the mailing addresses allow for physical direct mail to stand out in a crowded inbox environment.

Marketers who go further match the list against LinkedIn to build custom audiences or run lookalike campaigns against the agent profile. Segmenting brokers from sales agents lets you serve different offers — brokers respond to recruiting tools and office-level solutions while agents respond to personal productivity and lead generation offers. The more precisely you segment, the better your results.

Why Chesapeake City County, Virginia Agent Data Matters

Chesapeake City County covers a substantial and economically active region of Hampton Roads, with distinct communities including the city of Chesapeake itself, areas near Great Bridge, Greenbrier, and Western Branch. Each submarket has its own agent concentration, and zip-code-level targeting lets you focus your spend exactly where your service footprint operates. With {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed agents on file, you are reaching a meaningful professional population without paying for irrelevant statewide contacts.

Blasting an entire Virginia agent list when your product or service serves Chesapeake specifically is wasteful and damages your sender reputation with uninterested recipients. County and zip-level targeting keeps your outreach relevant, your open rates higher, and your cost per response lower. That local precision is exactly why serious B2B marketers choose county-level data over cheaper, broader alternatives.
