In her early twenties, Alysa began her journey into real estate by investing in her first rental property. Over the years, she has gained valuable experience in service and retail small business ownership throughout Southern Illinois, while also buying and selling various investment properties.

In 2011, Alysa obtained her real estate license and welcomed her three children—Aiden, Daisy, and Vaithan—into her family. Having grown up in Williamson County and graduated from Marion High School, Alysa was determined to establish her business in this community. Her husband, Tim Moulton, is a Johnston City native, and their children currently attend school there.
