About Amanda Edwards

With a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Mississippi State University (MSU) earned in 2000, followed by a Master’s in Animal Physiology in 2002, this real estate professional began her career in Magee, Mississippi, where she purchased her first home while working with the Mississippi State University Extension Service. Her subsequent roles included positions at the Veterinary Diagnostic Lab in Jackson and with USDA Veterinary Services near the airport. Despite her professional commitments, she longed to return to Starkville, a city she has cherished since her freshman year at MSU in 1996.

Her deep-rooted connection to the community is reflected in her extensive involvement in local organizations and initiatives. Notable achievements include being recognized as one of Starkville's Top 40 Under 40 by Starkville Daily News in 2008, serving as a former board member of Starkville Young Professionals, and winning the State Discussion Meet in 2009 through the Farm Bureau Young Farmers & Ranchers. She also completed the Leadership Mississippi program for the Association of Realtors in 2009 and has held various leadership roles, including board member of the Oktibbeha County Farm Bureau Federation and Co-Chair of Special Events for the Golden Triangle Association of Realtors.

From 2010 to 2012, she served as Vice-Chair of the Oktibbeha Starkville Emergency Response Volunteer Services (OSERVS) and later became the Board Chair, overseeing three VISTA service members. A dedicated member of First United Methodist Church since 2000, she has contributed to the community through various committees, including the Community Service Committee of the Golden Triangle Association of Realtors and the Realtor Political Action Committee.

Her leadership in the real estate sector is further highlighted by her tenure on the Board of Directors for the Golden Triangle Association of Realtors from 2014 to 2016, her role as Vice-Regent of the Daughters of the American Revolution from 2016 to 2022, and her achievement of obtaining a Broker License in Mississippi in 2016. In 2017, she was honored as the Golden Triangle Realtor of the Year and recognized as a Major Donor to MARPAC. Additionally, she served as the MSU Alumni President for the Oktibbeha County Chapter during 2018-2019.

Clients consistently express their appreciation for her dedication and commitment to exceeding their expectations, underscoring her reputation as a trusted advocate in the real estate market. Her husband, a Captain with the Starkville Fire Department and a graduate of Smoke Divers, is also actively involved in the community as a member of the Urban Search and Rescue Task Force.

Why Buy an Oktibbeha County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Our agent data comes directly from Mississippi state licensing boards, not scraped websites or outdated directories that other vendors rely on. We update this Oktibbeha County list monthly to capture new licenses, expired certifications, and email changes, maintaining a 96% deliverability guarantee that cheap alternatives simply cannot match. When you invest in quality data, your outreach campaigns actually reach their intended recipients.

While discount list providers offer stale contact information that damages your sender reputation, our verified agent emails protect your domain authority and campaign performance. Each record undergoes validation processes to ensure accuracy, and we stand behind our deliverability guarantee because we understand that successful outreach depends on reaching real, active professionals who can respond to your offers.

How to Use This Oktibbeha County Agent List

Email marketing through cold-email platforms like Zap Contact (zapcontact.com) - Dr Bill's purpose-built system for purchased lists - delivers the highest conversion rates when targeting real estate professionals. Unlike mainstream platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact that prohibit purchased lists, specialized cold-email tools handle agent outreach campaigns effectively. You can also use this data for direct mail campaigns, phone prospecting, and LinkedIn connection requests.

Smart marketers segment their outreach by separating broker-owners from sales agents, customizing messages for each audience's specific needs and decision-making authority. Whether you're recruiting top performers, offering mortgage partnerships, or promoting continuing education courses, targeted messaging based on license type and brokerage affiliation dramatically improves response rates compared to generic mass emails.

Why Oktibbeha County, Mississippi Agent Data Matters

Oktibbeha County encompasses Starkville, the county seat and home to Mississippi State University, along with smaller communities like Maben, Brooksville, and Longview. With 144 licensed agents serving this defined market area, local targeting ensures your message reaches professionals who actually work in your service territory. No other vendor offers agent lists segmented down to the zip code level within Oktibbeha County, giving you competitive advantages in precision targeting.

County-specific outreach outperforms statewide blasts because agents respond better to vendors who understand their local market dynamics and geographic focus. Starkville's university-driven economy and surrounding rural areas create unique opportunities that agents in Jackson or Biloxi simply don't encounter, making targeted Oktibbeha County messaging far more relevant and effective for building meaningful business relationships.
