About Amanda Howard

Amanda Howard is the Founder and CEO of Amanda Howard Sotheby’s International Realty (AHSIR). Established in 2009 as Amanda Howard Real Estate™, the firm became affiliated with Sotheby’s International Realty in 2018, following its recognition as the leading real estate firm in North Alabama by the prestigious Sotheby’s Auction House in London and the U.S. corporate headquarters.

AHSIR operates in key real estate markets across North Alabama, including Greater Huntsville/Madison County and Lake Guntersville. Over the past 12 years, Amanda and her team have successfully sold more than 5,000 homes, achieving nearly a billion dollars in sales. Their performance has consistently placed them in the top 1 percent of real estate teams nationwide in terms of transactions and sales volume. Notably, Amanda was recognized as one of HousingWire’s Women of Influence.

In 2019, AHSIR was ranked 26th nationally by REAL Trends, as reported in the Wall Street Journal, and has held the title of the number one real estate team in Alabama for America’s Best Real Estate Agents by REAL Trends since 2013. The firm has also been included in the Inc. 5000 list.

In addition to leading her team, Amanda serves as a ‘CEO Coach’ with a prominent coaching firm, providing guidance to real estate teams across the country. She is passionate about mentoring fellow entrepreneurs, having helped many achieve significant growth—some by as much as 600 percent in sales—while attaining top accolades in their respective states. As a successful female entrepreneur, Amanda frequently shares her insights and experiences with audiences of varying sizes.

AHSIR is committed to representing the region's finest properties with exceptional expertise and innovative technology. Amanda emphasizes the importance of understanding the needs of home buyers and sellers, stating, “We offer our clients the utmost in privacy, security, speed, and efficiency. Our deep knowledge of the regional market allows us to connect exceptional homes to exceptional lives.”

In late 2016, Amanda co-founded Acquire Commercial Real Estate and has since invested in three additional startups that enhance her real estate services. The brokerage is also dedicated to community engagement, supporting numerous local charities and initiatives. Amanda is actively involved with organizations such as the Greater Huntsville Humane Society, HEALS Inc., Kids 2 Love, Crime Stoppers, the Huntsville Museum of Art, and the Huntsville Symphony Orchestra. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce, the Huntsville Committee of 100, and is an alumnus of Leadership Greater Huntsville. Additionally, she is a board member of the Alabama Center for Real Estate, a member of the BBVA advisory council, and a sponsor for Downtown Huntsville Inc. and the Women’s Economic Development Council.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Amanda enjoys traveling, CrossFit, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle with her husband, Travis. Married for 25 years, they are proud parents to two daughters, aged 16 and 17. Among her memorable experiences, Amanda humorously recalls the thrill of nearly being swallowed by a whale and the challenges of teaching her teenage daughter to drive—though she insists they are not ranked in order of scariness.

If you need to reach working real estate agents in Madison County, Alabama, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders, title companies, PropTech platforms, and insurance providers rely on targeted agent data to generate referral relationships and close more deals. Continuing education providers and professional recruiters use the same data to fill courses and attract experienced licensees. Whatever your outreach goal, the right list puts your message in front of the right professionals.

This Madison County real estate agent email list includes {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed agents with verified email addresses, plus {{CELL_COUNT}} agents with cell phone numbers for multichannel campaigns. Every contact is sourced directly from state licensing records and cross-verified before it reaches you. Whether you're launching a drip campaign through a cold-email platform like Zap Contact (zapcontact.com) or building a targeted prospecting sequence, this list gives you a clean, reliable foundation to start from.

Why Buy a Madison County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Data quality separates a productive campaign from a wasted budget. Every record in this list is pulled from the Alabama state licensing board, so you're only reaching agents who are actively licensed and currently working. Emails are cleaned monthly, new addresses are added weekly, and the entire database is refreshed from the ground up every six months. That ongoing maintenance is why we stand behind a 96% deliverability guarantee — a standard that cheap, stale list vendors simply cannot match.

Dr Bill has been in the data business since 2005 and has sold over 31,000 lists to clients across mortgage, title, insurance, recruiting, and real estate technology. When you buy a Madison County real estate agent email list from a vendor with that track record, you're not gambling on scraped data from an unknown source. You're buying from a specialist who has refined this process for nearly two decades.

How to Use This Madison County Agent List

Email outreach is the fastest way to activate this data. Load the list into a cold-email platform like Zap Contact (zapcontact.com) and run a sequenced campaign that introduces your product or service, follows up automatically, and tracks open and reply rates. The same list exports cleanly for direct mail campaigns or SMS outreach using the included cell phone numbers, giving you multiple touchpoints with the same verified contacts.

For more precise targeting, segment the list by broker versus sales agent to tailor your message and offer. Brokers respond differently to recruiting pitches and B2B tools than individual agents do. You can also match the list against LinkedIn to build warm connections before your first email lands in their inbox.

Why Madison County, Alabama Agent Data Matters

Madison County is home to Huntsville, Madison, Gurley, New Market, and several other active communities with distinct agent populations. Targeting this county specifically means your campaign reaches professionals who actually operate in this market — not agents three counties away who will never refer a local closing. With {{AGENT_COUNT}} licensed agents in the county, there is a substantial professional audience worth reaching systematically.

Geographic precision is where this list stands apart. No other vendor offers segmentation down to the zip code level within Madison County. That means you can focus your outreach on a single zip code in Huntsville or cover the entire county depending on your strategy. Statewide blasts dilute your message and waste spend. Local targeting drives better response rates, stronger relationships, and more efficient campaigns.
