On January 17th 2007 I developed a severe case of pneumonia and sepsis that I nearly died from due to the many complications This began with a medically induced coma medically induced paralysis trachea in my neck and remaining in ICU for four weeks After a nine week catastrophic experience in three different hospitals my muscles were atrophied I had to learn to walk talk eat and swallow all over again and go through extensive rehabilitation and therapy for the next several months I had to work extremely hard to get my business going again after my recovery I was awarded the #2 agent out of 101 agents at our office in a very challenging real estate market only working part of the year due to my illness!
