She played a key role in modernizing her office's administrative processes, immersed herself in industry knowledge, and seized numerous educational opportunities. This proactive approach has allowed her to guide clients to success throughout the Bay Area for many years.

She holds several prestigious designations, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
